Emma Bell has been the Safety Design Engineer in the Office of Safety and Active Transportation at the New Hampshire Department of Transportation since October 2025. She started working at NHDOT in 2019 after graduating from the University of California, Davis. She has experience in Traffic Engineering and Highway Design, and is currently responsible for evaluating capital improvement projects and delivering infrastructure projects to improve highway safety.
