Charles “C.R.” McLeod serves as Director of Community Relations for the Delaware Department of Transportation, where he leads the department’s external and internal communications efforts. With more than 25 years of communications experience, including nine years with DelDOT, C.R. works to keep residents informed about transportation projects, address community concerns, and promote safety across all modes of transportation. A lifelong Delawarean, he is a graduate of the University of Delaware.
