Ms. Tigist Zegeye serves as Executive Director for the Wilmington Area Planning Council (WILMAPCO), a metropolitan planning organization serving New Castle County, Delaware, and Cecil County, Maryland.  Ms. Zegeye is responsible for the day-to-day planning activities, including the Long-Range Regional Transportation Plan 2050, the Unified Planning Work Program, and the Transportation Improvement Program.  Prior to joining WILMAPCO, she served as a Planning Engineer with the Missouri Department of Transportation.
