Sierra Millay is a Resource Management Coordinator in the Environmental Office at the Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT), where she works on MaineDOT's sustainability and resilience efforts. She works to expand electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure in Maine, through federal funding from the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program and the Charging and Fueling Infrastructure (CFI) Grant Program. Sierra works closely with Efficiency Maine Trust to implement EV charging infrastructure across the state. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies and Anthropology from Mount Holyoke College.
