Josh leads the Policy Team for SWTCH, a leader in end-to-end EV charging solutions. In this role, Josh works with his colleagues to inform and shape the legislative and regulatory landscape to enable and support EV charging at scale. Prior to joining SWTCH, Josh served in similar policy roles at Greenlots (now Shell Recharge Solutions), SemaConnect (now Blink), and the Business Network for Offshore Wind (now Oceantic). Josh’s prior public service includes serving as mayor of Annapolis, Maryland, and as deputy administrator of the USDA’s Rural Utilities Service (RUS). Based in Maryland, Josh holds an M.S. in Energy Policy and Climate from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland.
