NASTO States' Priorities Ahead of Reauthorization

Since the passage of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) in 2021, there has been significant growth in highway construction costs that are brought up time and again by lawmakers going into the surface transportation reauthorization. A panel of 3 state DOT leaders would answer questions on their individual state priorities and how sustainable funding is not only needed, but possible.
